Single Trees April-May 2017 Square Dances

Spring is here and we will be hopping to some great callers.

April 14th our caller is Jim Hattrick with cuer Jackie Gale. After our Plus from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm, we will be having a B-51 dance for our newbies who have been taking lessons the last 3 sessions. The Hall will be decorated for Easter, so come in your soft spring colors with a splash of something bright. Remember your finger foods - Easter style See you there.

April 28th will be a tune of a different color - our theme is the Psychedelic 60s with caller Scott Zinser, and Christina Corelli cueing rounds. Dress in your craziest, wildest, brightest colors to make a  swirling mass of dancers like a kaleidoscope. As always, Plus is at 7:30 pm, rounds and mainstream start at 8:00 pm. Stay until 10:30 to dance the night away.

May 12th we will be dark. See combined dance info, below.

Saturday, May 13th we will have our combined Mexican Fiesta Dance with the Whirl-A- Ways. Plus at 7:30 pm, rounds and mainstream at 8:00 p.m. Wear your best fiesta outfits and bring some yummy taco-bar foods. Both clubs will have a sign-up list for this.

May 26th we will also be dark because of the Memorial Day weekend. Everyone is going to be somewhere else.


Special Dances in April and May:

April 29th - Area benefit square dance at the ESDC. 7:30 pm.

May 26-28th - Boatnik Festival with the Charlie Brown Squares at Grants Pass. Hunter Keller and Randy Lewis. This should be a terrific weekend!
