Oregon Federation of and Square and Round Dance Clubs (OFSRDC)
The Emerald Empire Council, a member of OFSRDC, covers the southern most part of the populous Willamette Valley, from the Cascade Range west to the Pacific Ocean. The Emerald Empire hosts the Federation's annual Mid-Winter Square Dance Festival in Albany on the last full weekend of January.
